Candidates for the Doctorate in Business Administration must fill out an online application​​ and submit the following: 

  • Two letters of recommendation to be submitted to the admission committee directly by the writers.  Please follow the directions in the application linked above to identify the letter writers. 
  • Personal statement, not to exceed 1½ pages, outlining your professional and research goals in pursuing the DBA and how the degree will help achieve those goals.
  • Current resume.
  • Official transcripts (both undergraduate and graduate degrees must be from regionally accredited universities).


Students may submit their applications any time of year for admission into the program in the fall. The admissions committee will meet in March, May and July to make decisions on applicants who applied during the fall, winter and spring quarters, respectively. 

Applicants may be asked to interview with the admission committee as part of the admissions process.
