The Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources degree will prepare you to manage the modern organizational workforce. You will develop skills necessary to succeed in specific areas of human resources, such as benefits, compensation, labor relations, recruitment and workforce training programs.

The MS in Human Resources program is designed for the student who has earned a bachelor’s degree, or who has earned or is earning an MBA.

In this program, you will develop the skills to manage core HR functions and address issues encountered by human resource professionals, including:

The MS in Human Resources program also includes on-site service-learning projects where you will work directly with organizations in Chicago, allowing you to apply knowledge gained in the classroom to real-world settings.
