Professor of Management
Grace Lemmon researches employee and employer promises and
workplace engagement. She is particularly interested in the intersection
between work-life balance and employee engagement. She has published her work
in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management, and
Her awards and grants include the Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award
for best work-family research and the Society for Human Resource Management
Foundation Dissertation Grant.
A member of DePaul’s business faculty since 2012, Lemmon
earned her PhD in business administration from the University of Illinois at
Chicago and a BS in marketing from DePaul.
