DePaul provides many technological resources for its students.

Blackboard

Blackboard is an integrated course Web site that includes online course materials, discussion groups, e-mail, chat rooms, online quizzes, and a class calendar. For more information, visit the Blackboard website.

Campus Connection

Register for classes, make tuition payments, update addresses or other personal information, and review financial aid information. Other services include course descriptions, class schedules, university news, and more. Students can get user ID's and passwords from ID Services. ID Services has offices in the Loop, Lincoln Park and suburban campuses.

Technology Requirements

All students must know and be able to use standard microcomputer software for business solutions. The list of required technology skills may be modified from time to time; please review the list periodically.

E-Mail

DePaul provides students with a University email address at the Identification Cards Services offices. Your account will remain active as long as you are a student.

Technology Contact Center

The Technology Contact Center, (312.362.8765) is the contact center for DePaul faculty, staff and students for questions and problems with computers, software or telephones. Call the center to:

  • Report computer, telephone, software or network problems.
  • Ask questions about network services, Blackboard, Campus Connection, grades, supported software applications, etc.

OnLine Library Services

Students may access electronic journals and databases through the DePaul University Library web site.

Computer Labs

Computer labs are located at our Loop, Lincoln Park and suburban campuses. Check here for lab hours and locations.
