Do I need to submit my immunization records?
By Illinois law, all students born on or after January 1, 1957 and enrolled half-time (undergraduate: 6 hours, graduate: 4 hours) or more at a post-secondary institution must provide proof of immunization for the following:

I want to drop a class – will I get a refund?
There is a specific deadline each term for dropping a class with a tuition refund. After this deadline, no tuition is refunded. Check the academic calendar.
My address has changed. How do I update my address in the system?
Please go to “Demographic Portfolio” (main menu) in Campus Connection to change addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and emergency contacts.
How will I be notified of future registration dates?
Notification of future registration dates will be sent via e-mail. Registration dates and times will be listed on Campus Connection (under “view enrollment date”). Please make sure your correct preferred e-mail address is up-to-date on Campus Connection (under “demographic portfolio”).
When should I contact an academic advisor?
What is the required program completion time?
Degree programs must be completed within a six year time period. Please contact the Kellstadt office at 312-362-8810 to speak with your academic advisor if you are approaching the six-year limit.
What are the grade requirements?
Grades can be found on Campus Connection.
How long do I have to complete an incomplete grade?
Students are given a maximum of two consecutive terms, excluding summer or December quarter, to complete the course. If the course is not completed during the time allowed, the incomplete grade will automatically be converted to an F grade.
How do I sign up for Electronic Billing (E-Bill)?
To sign up for E-Bill, go to Campus Connection and click on 'E-Bill View'. Follow the prompts to enroll for E-Bill and print the last page to retain a record of your Net-Pay Pin#.
What Honors Societies are students invited to join?
What does the Athletic fee cover?
You will be able to attend all DePaul Athletic events for free. You will be able to buy additional tickets at a discounted rate. You will be able to park for $5 at Allstate Arena (non-students pay $11). In addition, you will be able to attend Blue Demon pep rallies, pre-game activities and other related events, many of which feature free food and beverages. All students will receive a Blue Demon T-shirt. Additional giveaways and activities will be announced throughout the year.
How do I find out about Emergency School Closings?
In the event of campus closures caused by inclement weather or an emergency, an alert will be posted in the upper left corner of DePaul's Web site and information will be available on the university's main telephone number at 312.362.8000 and general announcement lines at 312.362.6226 and 847.604.6211. Information will be updated as it becomes available.
Local TV news and radio stations are another source of campus closure information. Check CBS-TV (Channel 2), NBC-TV (Channel 5), ABC-TV (Channel 7), WGN-TV (Channel 9), WFLD-TV (Fox Channel 32), WGN Radio (720 AM) and WBBM Radio (780 AM) for up-to-date information.
Are there travel abroad opportunities for graduate students?
International study tours are available through DePaul's Driehaus Center for International Business for four hours of course credit. Is there any math tutoring available?
Math tutors are provided free of charge to all students who are currently enrolled in math classes at DePaul. Tutoring begins the second week of classes and goes through the Friday before finals. Tutoring is not available during finals week. Please contact the Math Department at 773.325.7806 with questions about tutoring locations and times. In addition, students can request a list of private tutors. The private tutors are not free of charge. Students would need to discuss rates and availability with the individual private tutors.
Is it possible to rent a locker?
Yes, lockers are available in the Lewis Center and the DePaul Center on the Loop Campus. Locker rentals are available through the DePaul Center Management Office (Room 11004). For additional information, please call 312.362.8634.
Does DePaul provide health insurance for students?
DePaul University is pleased to offer the DePaul University Student Health Insurance Plan underwritten by Aetna Life Insurance Company, administered by Chickering Claims Administrators, Inc.
The DePaul University Student Health Insurance Plan has been developed especially for DePaul students and their dependents. The Plan provides coverage for illnesses and injuries that occur on and off campus and includes special cost-saving features to keep the coverage as affordable as possible. The policy period the Student Health Insurance Plan is for an academic year from September 1st through August 31st.

Do I have access to the Ray Meyer Fitness Center?

Is there any kind of technology training?
The Instructional Technology Development office offers free technology training for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Students can also access online training for Blackboard, Campus Connection and computer programs.
Where do I park when I have classes in the Loop?
DePaul University has no parking facilities of its own in the Loop area. However, many private facilities offer discounts for DePaul students, staff and visitors. Tickets may be validated in the lobby of each downtown campus building. Two Chicago Park District underground garages and several private parking facilities are conveniently located near the campus.

I am close to completing the program, do I need to do anything?
Before your last quarter, you must file for graduation online via Campus Connection even if you do not plan to participate in the June commencement ceremony.
